Shipping 

Most items are shipped within 3-5 working days unless specified on the product page.

Wall hangings are made to order and generally ship 2/3 weeks after the date of purchase. If there are any delays with your order I will be sure to let you know!

If you need an item for a specific date, please let me know in the order box and I will do my best to meet your deadline! Sometimes an additional fee may be needed for super speedy delivery.

 Returns 

I hope you love what you buy from my shop but if you would like to return your order please contact me within 14 days of your order arriving to arrange a return. I will confirm the return address to you via email.

Return postage must be covered by you unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case I will refund it via Paypal. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, back to the original payment method via Shopify.

Certain items (earrings in particular) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please where possible use the original packaging :)

 Privacy 

The personal details that you submit via this website (name, address for shipping, email address) will never be used by myself for any purpose other than to fulfil your order or to contact you regarding your purchase.
